These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and egames99 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://egames99.cam ("the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by egames99, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

egames99 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Malaysian market. The Platform offers a range of gaming services including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino tables, sports betting, poker, lottery, and bingo. All services are provided for entertainment purposes and are subject to the rules and limitations described in this Agreement.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or use any of our services. Your continued use of the Platform following any updates to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Registration and use of the egames99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an Account on the Platform. egames99 strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• Identity: You must register using your own true legal name, date of birth, and accurate contact details. Registering under a false identity, a third party's identity, or using fictitious information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• One Account per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited. egames99 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• Not a Company Employee: Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of egames99 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to register or maintain active Accounts on the Platform.

To access the full range of egames99 services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update this information promptly should it change.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. egames99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. egames99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an Account pending a security review where suspicious activity is detected.

4.2 KYC Verification

As part of our regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, all Members are required to complete KYC verification. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driver's licence) and proof of address. egames99 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4.3 Account Currency

All Accounts on the egames99 Platform are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. egames99 is not responsible for cryptocurrency market fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of conversion.

egames99 supports a broad range of payment methods tailored for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent) unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion.
• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. egames99 does not accept third-party deposits.
• egames99 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for which egames99 accepts no liability.
• Deposits are subject to automated fraud screening. Transactions flagged for further review may be subject to a processing delay.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your verified egames99 Account.
• Verified Accounts typically receive withdrawal processing within 3-5 minutes for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals or those requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours.
• egames99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that are accompanied by unusual Account activity patterns.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only cash funds and winnings derived from completed wagering requirements may be withdrawn.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

egames99 maintains strict AML and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) policies. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes will be suspended immediately and referred to the appropriate authorities. Funds associated with confirmed illicit activity will be forfeited.

egames99 offers various promotions to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Bonuses are issued to verified Members only. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to claim or benefit from promotional offers.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• During active bonus play, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per event — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Exceeding this cap during bonus play may result in the bonus being voided.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot titles generally contribute 100%; live dealer and table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering.
• egames99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of system errors that result in incorrect bonus calculations, egames99 reserves the right to reverse the affected transactions and recalculate correctly.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts and hold no cash value outside of the wagering process.

All games available on the egames99 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer operations conducted by trained professional dealers. The outcomes of all games are determined fairly and independently of any influence by egames99 staff or Members.

• Game results, once confirmed by the Platform, are final. egames99 will review documented technical errors that may have materially affected a game outcome; however, we do not accept disputes based solely on a Member's dissatisfaction with a result.
• In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection during gameplay, or system error, egames99 reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and refund the stake where technically feasible. The Company's decision in such circumstances is final.
• Members may not use automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any form of software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house. Any Account found to be using such tools will be permanently closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• Betting limits apply to all games and markets. egames99 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual Accounts based on betting patterns, risk exposure, or other operational factors.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal proceedings:

• Registering multiple Accounts on the Platform for any purpose, including circumventing promotional restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion, cheating, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other fraudulent means.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, structuring, or financing of unlawful activities.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures in a manner contrary to the spirit of their intended use.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing egames99 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools.
• Sharing Account credentials, allowing third parties to operate your Account, or acting as an agent for another person's gambling activity.

egames99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or a self-exclusion request by the Member.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

A Member may request the closure of their Account at any time by contacting the egames99 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to any pending wagering obligations being satisfied) will be returned to the Member via their verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

9.2 Forced Closure

Where an Account is closed by egames99 due to a confirmed breach of this Agreement, the Company reserves the right to withhold and permanently forfeit any Account balance, including deposits and winnings, where those funds are reasonably connected to the prohibited conduct. The Member will be notified of the closure and the reason where legally permissible to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, egames99 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

egames99's total aggregate liability to any single Member arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

egames99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We undertake commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access at all times, including during scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

egames99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We take our duty of care to our Members seriously and have implemented a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity responsibly.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members can configure session duration notifications to keep track of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account will be locked and all promotional communications suspended.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session prompts remind Members of time elapsed and net session activity.

All content on the egames99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of egames99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of egames99.

egames99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice posted on the Platform or, where appropriate, by direct communication to the email address registered on the Account.

Amendments take effect from the date published on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.1.

This Agreement and any dispute arising in connection with it shall be subject to the governing law applicable to the jurisdiction under which egames99 operates. In the event of a dispute between a Member and egames99 that cannot be resolved through our standard support escalation process, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Members should direct all complaints in the first instance to the egames99 customer support team. We are committed to resolving Member complaints promptly and fairly. The support team aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
